ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Recipient names not shown in the AGENTS

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to see the recipients name in the agent scheduler.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto to BI --> Edit the Agent --> goto recipients tab --> Unable to see the recipients name

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find the recipients name in the BI
