Sorting In Report Is Not Working Properly For Newly Created Sales Stage (Doc ID 2299176.1)

Sorting in report is not working properly for newly created sales stage.

Customer have configured new Sales Stage in the application, all the reports using sales stage are not sorting based on Sales Stage name properly.

Sorting on Stage stage name should work as expected

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Sales Method and Sales Process > Standard Sales Process > Add new Sales Stage
2. Create Opty and set Sales Stage to this newly added sales stage
3. Login to BI > New > Analysis > Sales - CRM Pipeline > Create report with Opportunity.Sales Stage name
4. Sorting on Sales Stage name field does not work. Newly added sales stage appears at the end of the list.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot sort on sales stage name
