Print Error After 2017 R1 Upgrade [File access blocked] (Doc ID 2299333.1)

When attempting to print a document, the following error occurs:

File access blocked: ***filepath url***

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Proxy in as Full Access User.
  2. Click on Transactions.
  3. Open any quote.
  4. Edit a line item (pencil icon).
  5. Click the Print action.
  6. Observe error.

The environment was upgraded to version 2017 R1.
