R12: Ability to auto-populate competencies based on employee's role during competency assessment
Current requirement is employee performs competency assessment directly in talent profile and there is no manager competency item evaluation during performance review process.
We have a requirement to auto-populate employee's competencies for the current role when employee performs competency assessment in the talent profile screen. Current functionality displays these competencies and their expected proficiency levels in a 'Spider Graph' but the requirement here is to auto-populate them with blank proficiency levels when employee clicks on 'Edit' icon.
This removes the task for employee to manually search and assess these competencies and is also very helpful when employee gets promoted or moves to a new role.
