Importing CSV Files Into The Admin Console Takes Longer With Each New CSV File (Doc ID 2299365.1)

When the import process is running for a CSV file, it is taking more time than the usual time. Eventually the Admin front-end hangs and becomes unusable.


 Customer had several CSV files that they wished to import in succession of each other. Each CSV file can ranged from 2k to 25k records. However, the Validation step in the import process says that only a small percentage of the records had actually been changed (e.g listed as unchanged).
