Deleting and Re-adding a Relationship (e.g., Account-Contact OR Household-Contact)
Please confirm the available format or recommended steps using file import (including OSR identifiers) to handle the possibility of deleting a RELATIONSHIP and then at a later time (future / separate file) RE-ADDING the same relationship back.
-- Example Use Case #1: Account-Contact relationship is deleted today, and then re-added tomorrow via File Import request (i.e., OSR ID's can / will be provided in file import).
-- Example Use Case #2: Household-Contact relationship is deleted today, and then re-added one (1) month later via File Import request (i.e., OSR ID's can / will be provided in file import).
NOTE: For reference, Oracle delivers the "Financial Account - Contact" relationship (via a custom object) that performs a hard delete on the relationship (Fin Account-Contact). This out-of-the-box design allows for the ability to re-add the same relationship at a future time since it was originally hard deleted from the application. This same behavior is NOT allowed on the Use Case examples #1 & 2 noted earlier in SR (Account-Contact, Household-Contact, etc.).
