Unable To Create Appointment/Task From Opportunity Using CMS Mobile App

When attempting to create Appointment/Task, the following occurs...
  The application should create Appointment/Task records.

  The application is throwing an error

  The customer cannot create Activity records.
  By following these steps the issue can be reproduced:
  1. Login to CMS application
  2. Create an Activity from Opportunity detail page
  3. It throws an error
