ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

AR Invoices not visible on AR Transaction Form

We find couple of invoice are not visible from front end , however they do appear in RA_CUSTOMER_TRX tables. Hence wanted to do a root cause analysis for this issue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transactions should be visible in Manage Transactions form.
