ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Dashboard prompt based on Employee. When a manager tries to open the drop down, he cannot see his subordinates. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected to see his subordinates in the drop down.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a dashboard prompt based on the following SQL
SELECT
"Sales - CRM Pipeline"."Sales Resource Hierarchy"."Current Base Resource
Name" s_1
FROM "Sales - CRM Pipeline"
WHERE
("Sales Resource Hierarchy"."User Organization Hierarchy Based Login" =
VALUEOF(NQ_SESSION."user_party_id"))

2. Login in application with sales manager
3. Go to the dashboard, and open the prompt
4. Drop down shows only manager name. No subordinates listed
