Primary Ledger Error (Doc ID 2300497.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Set Up FCR-Define Ledgers

When attempting to view ledger after complete configuration, it ends with error
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Primary ledger status shows Error


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created Primary Ledger
2. Run Review & submit account configuration
3. Ledger status Error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to do any transaction in ledger
