Getting An Error Upon Drilldown on Account Record

On : version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to click on any account record from account list view.,the following error occurs.

ADF error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. click on Account icon from springboard
2. click on any account record from account list view.
4. Getting an error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access any existing account
