On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, US - United States Legislation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Payroll not considering number of allowances in calculating GA state taxes

System considering allowances as 1 for employee that has filing status as Head of Household with allowances 12. It is ignoring number of allowances when calculating taxes.

Employee: Johnxxxx, Pleaxxxx
Filing Status: Unmarried head of household
Allowances: 12

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the number of allowances to be used to calculate the SIT for GA SIT

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Employee: Johnxxxx, Pleaxxxx
Filing Status: Unmarried head of household
Allowances: 12

Irrespective of number of allowances state tax calculated is same:
Change number of allowances from 12 to 8 for GA, state tax calculated is same.
It appears system is considering allowance of 1 (default based on filing status)



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, employees GA SIT is not calculating as expected
