No Data In Manage Import Activities

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, File Import/Export

No Data in Manage Import Activities

Cannot see import activities under Manage Import Activities. Cannot access log file.
 

ERROR
-----------------------

Cannot  see the imports. Page is blank



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Console
2. Do an import
3. wait for import email

4. Go to manage imports see it is blank.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see import if it failed to download files.
