Symptoms

The following error is repeatedly thrown in the AdminServer.log until eventually the server experiences capacity issues.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start the Weblogic Domain.
2 Monitor the growth of the AdminServer.log.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the Weblogic Domain will be available until the server reaches capacity at which time P6 EPPM will become unavailable.
