Symptoms
The following error is repeatedly listed in the WebLogic AdminServer.log file, and the server eventually experiences capacity issues.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Start the P6 EPPM Weblogic Domain.
- Review the <Oracle Middleware home>\user_projects\domains\<P6 EPPM domain>\servers\AdminServer\logs\AdminServer.log file.
- Note file size growth and the reported error contained in the file.
