All Users Are Not Exported Through Employee Resources Export Process

On: 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Customer can not find all existing users in the environment when they run the export process "Employee Resource".

The export process does not give the information of all existing users in the environment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Export should have all users

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud and Navigator ---> Setup and Maintenance ---> Manage Bulk Data export ---> Schedule Export Processes.
2- Create the export process
3- Configure Export Objects ----> Employee Resource
4- Export data file (EmployeeResourceExpVO.csv)
