Fusion Global HR: ADF Error When HR Is Converting A Pending Employee To Employee

When an HR BP is converting a pending employee to a employee an ADF error is occurring.
Test HR BP is a custom role which was working before properly. When HR BP is doing a convert process, an error is being occurred but still the HR BP can proceed with the transaction.
"ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR," .
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate New person UI
2. From the list of pending workers select a pending worker and click on Convert.
3. Enter the required information Identification & Personal information page and click on Next button to move to Employment information page
