Attempting to Approve Record via Email the "To" Field Is Populating With Only With Dashes '----'

On Primavera Unifier Cloud - Any Version
When clicking on any button to take action on a Business Process from an email that is received, the response message that opens has the TO field populated with dashes '----'.

The TO field should be populated with the name of the email address for the project/shell.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot approve actions from the email response for Primavera Unifier.
