Fusion Applications OTBI Infolets Not Showing Updated Reports / Data

Information in this document applies to any platform.
You create a custom OTBI report in which you add a count of employees to be displayed.
Also create a detailed report with the list of employees with their BU names.
Both the reports are placed on infolets.
Some time reports are not displaying refreshed count in the head count report.
Refreshing the URL(enter on browser URL) displays updated data. Detailed report is showing refreshed data all the time.
