Bell Notifications are not Clearing

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a manager takes action via the Worklist, he/she is unable to clear the action item from the bell notification.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the bell notification clears after manager action is taken.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an employee and submit an absence request
2. Log in as manager
3. Navigate to worklist and take action on absence request
4. Click ‘home’ icon
5. Click bell notification
6. Open absence request via the bell notification
7. Wait for popup window.
8. Exit out of popup window
9. Notification still showing in the bell and the notification is showing as pending (the number in the red circle).

Due to this issue, manager list of actions pending is inaccurate.
