Symptoms


Patient Last Menstrual Period (LMP) date under Patient > Patient Details > Date of LMP is set to a partial date of: ??-Feb-2014
When printing the report via Case Actions > Print > Medical Summary, observe that the heading for Patient Information section to contain the following detail:

"Date of LMP 15-Feb-2014"
