TSS Employee Sync: Using Job Role without the Performance Product. (Doc ID 2301561.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to sync the "Job Role" or "Job Field" values from the Employee Information screen in the Taleo SmartOrg account profile to Taleo Social Sourcing (TSS) the Job Role values could not be selected in the SmartOrg user interface.   Only the "EMPLOYEE" Job Role is seen upon clicking the Select button in the Employee Information section under Job Role.
