Unable to Query Lockbox Setup In Manage Lockbox Setup Page (Doc ID 2301690.1)

Symptoms

Able to save Lockbox setup using Manage Lockbox Setup Page however query using any criteria does not return any Lockbox records that have been setup earlier.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage Lockbox Page
2. Search using any Criteria
3. No records returned.
