Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the At-Risk Demands screen, the Forecast Order Types show Order Value column as $0

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Order Value column would be populated with a value based on Order Quantity and Item Price

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Supply Chain Planning -> Planning Central
2. Open right task pane -> Select Manage Plans
3. Search for and open Plan
4. Open Demand Fulfillment table and search for Item
