Symptoms

 After exporting from Fusion the Fusion_Positions elements via the out-of-box (OOB) Fusion process "Export All Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Data", elements are showing as incomplete in Taleo.

Clicking on the incomplete icon in Taleo causes this error message:

The following fields must be completed: -OLF
