Does Order Management Support mass updates of different orders ?

Two requirements have been described.

1. Updating Attributes on Multiple Orders/Order Lines
     In this instance the user may want to amend attributes including payments terms, shipping attributes

2. Managing Tasks on Multiple Orders/Order Lines
      In this instance the user may apply an action on many Orders/Order Lines, including cancellations, applying/releasing holds, submitting orders, repricing, etc.
