Do we have to recreate all the V2 reports in V3 Analytics after upgrading to R35? (Doc ID 2302250.1)

Goal

As we know, starting with Release 35, a new Analytics platform, referred to as V3 Analytics, will become available in Oracle CRM On Demand through a new tab called Analytics. Does this mean that we have to recreate all the V2 reports in V3 Analytics?
