After Making Changes To Elements Template And Using DCU to Upload, Changes Are Not Applied In The Storefront (Doc ID 2302618.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Changes to elements template using DCU are not applied in the Storefront

Trying to make changes to an elements Template using DCU on my local machine, however after successfully uploading all the modifications, not able to see the changes in the Storefront.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Modify any widgets Template locally.


2) Upload using DCU and the following command:

example, dcu -t "C:\Users\...\DesignCodeUtility\element\header-dropdown-minicart\element.template" -u %fa%


3) Navigate to the storefront site and see that the changes were not applied and the element template looks the same as it was before editing.
