Leads Import Failed With Error - (MKT-285218) Cause: No record exists with the specified user key value

On : 188.8.131.52.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns
When attempting to import Leads, the following error occurs.
(MKT-285235) Details: This error occurred while importing data: A matching record of type OrganizationProfileExtn cannot be found using the value of the attribute (Account Trade Show) that you provided. (MKT-285218) Cause: No record exists with the specified user key value. Action: Verify that the record with the specified user key exists. If it does not exist.
1. Navigate to Manage File Import Activities
2. Create an import job using the Lead object
3. Activate the job
