When Save after Adding Year and Change the Period Name , Go Back to Default

Symptoms

 When save after adding year and change the period name , go back to default period name

Step to Reproduce:
1. Setup and Maintenance
2. Search task "Manage Accounting Calendars" and go to task.
3. Select the Accounting Calendar.
4. Press Add Year button.
5. Change the each period name.
6. When press Save button, change the period name back to original name automatically.

Also, due to this issue, following error occurs:
The period name must be unique. (GL-780596)

To avoid this, must save after add year once, change the another period name and save ,
and then change the period name that would like to set and save.
