Update / Delete Batch Not Possible When More Than One Entry With Same Sequence (Doc ID 2302905.1)

Symptoms

The user wants to delete element entries which have the same sequence number.
The user tried to do with PBL, but in the worksheet there is no entry value as stated in the documentation:
Entry Sequence  No NUMBER
                        The number representing the position of the element entry to update as shown on the element entry summary page. When not specified, the default value is 1.
                        For elements with multiple entry values, you must provide an entry value.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
To have entry value in the PBL worksheet.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payroll/ Administration / Batch Loader.
2. Create batch. In the worksheet, the entry value field is missing.
