The Proxy Server Did Not Receive a Timely Response From the Upstream Server

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to log into the cloud environment, the following error occurs.
The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Primavera Cloud Portal
2. Click on the P6 icon.
3. See the spinning wheel then eventually a Gateway Timeout and above error.
