Error: "Gateway Timeout - The Proxy Server Did Not Receive A Timely Response From The Upstream Server" When Attempting To Launch P6 Within A Browser

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting connection to P6 within a browser, the following error occurs:
The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the Primavera Cloud Portal
- Click on the P6 icon.
- See the spinning wheel then eventually a Gateway Timeout and above error.
Note, this can also occur simply loading the URL for P6.
