- Configuration > Competencies > Notice in this section that 'Competency Definition Contexts' option is not available
- Configuration > Competencies - Competencies > Click an inactive or draft competency > Under Definitions click Create > Click search button beside Competency Definition Context > Notice there are no values in Definition Context Selector
