Why Lockbox upload fails after enabling document sequencing for invoices but not for receipts.
Users were able to upload receipts using lockbox earlier when document sequence was disabled. After enabling document sequencing, when they tried to upload the lockbox receipts, the process fails. Users have enabled document sequencing only for invoices and not for receipts. The log file of lockbox shows the following:
Warning - Could not get profile option value for AR_ALLOW_OVERAPPLICATION_IN_LOCKBOX
In No data found exception block. Sqlcode:1403.
