Additional Information (DFF) link is not displayed on Project

The link for "Additional Information" is not displayed on a project. The template is set to display the "Additional Information" option, however the project created from that template is not displaying the option. Because the "Additional Information" link is not displayed on the project, the user is not able to enter configured DFF values on the project.

The Project DFF is set as Context Sensitive DFF

The first project was created from a template in which the referenced context value was missing, so the additional information is not available. Later the template was modified to add the context value and now the new projects created from this template are working fine. Customer wants to modify the existing projects so the users can add the context value so the 'Additional Information' DFF option is available on the project.
