Updating CSS in OCC Shows Spinning Wheel and Gives a 500 Error in Inspector (Doc ID 2303006.1)

When making a change to the CSS in OCCS the saving may take unnecessarily long to load.

Initially, the error in the inspector (f12) will be: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)"

After there is a reload on the page, there will be a: "GET 404 (Not Found)"
