Unable To View or Open Attachments In BP Logs (Doc ID 2303117.1)

Symptoms

Following an upgrade to Unifier 17.5, users are unable to view, open or download attachments in BP Logs.

In addition, there is no attachments column in the BP log and no attachment tab in new preview pane.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

1. Users should be able to view/open/download attachments in all BP Logs.
2. The Attachment column should appear in the BP log
3. The Attachment tab should appear in the new preview pane.
4. The record attachments should have view/download option

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Unifier
 1.a. Navigate to a Project/Shell
 1.b. BP Logs > Submittals (example)
OBSERVE: There is no attachment column

2. Click a Record in the BP Log.
OBSERVE: There is no attachment tab next to "Workflow Process"

3. Open a Record
OBSERVE: There is no View Download button next to References at the bottom.

4. With the Record still open, open an attachment.
OBSERVE: Double Clicking the attachment is Chrome yields no result. Double Clicking in Internet Explorer results in a Java window.
