Unable to View or Open Attachments in BP Logs (Doc ID 2303117.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable to view, open or download attachments in Business Process (BP) Logs.

In addition, there is no attachments column in the BP log and no attachment tab in new preview pane.

Changes

Upgraded environment to Unifier version 17.5
