Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Batch Loader process ends in error when attempting to create element entries.

When attempting to create Element Entry using Batch Loader,
the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
"An invalid combination of employment level values was specified for an assignment level element entry usage record.Values for a payroll relationship, an employment terms and a payroll assignment are required for the usage record of an assignment level element entry, and the assigned payroll value must not be specified. The assignment must be a child of the employment terms, which must likewise be a child of the payroll relationship."

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expectation is to be able to create element entries via batch loader

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Steps:
1. Go to Payroll Administration
2. In task select Batch Loader
3. Once Batch Loader spreadsheet opens, create Batch Name in "Batch Header Sheet"
4. Go to "Batch Content Sheet" and select Element Entry under Task Name. Then select appropriate element.
5. Fill in Assignment details, date and input values.
6. Using Submit a process or Report submit "Transfer Batch" select the batch you created.
7. Completed with error
