Symptoms

When attempting to use the favicon for a site hosted in Oracle Content and Experience Cloud (CEC), it is not rendering in Chrome, but it renders correctly in Internet Explorer.

In Chrome, the favicon appears to be an Oracle icon, whereas in Internet Explorer, it is the icon we are expecting.
