On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Customer is not seeing the Manage Sales Quotas link under Tasks in Territory Management work area

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The user logged in is a Sales Administrator and by Default he should have been able to see the Quota link to define the Quota's in the application

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the application
2. Click on Navigator and navigate to Territories.
3. The Manage Sales Quotas link is not visible.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot configure / modify the sales quotas in the application
