Goal

Please help us for the below mention issue :

We have an employee X is hired on 25th May. First time we ran "Full file " on 16th May- All employee were populated.
and employee X was not populated as he is hired on 25th May.

So we again run the extract based on Change Only option = First time "Changes only" was run on 17th - All the employees who had changes as on 17th were populated excluding Employee X.

How to retrieve future dated record?
