ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Import Billing Data process does not import any data

After setting up the RMCS to include data from Fusion Receivables, Ran the program Import Billing Data for receivables but it does not fetch any transactions.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Billing Data process should extract data.
