ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Real Time Matching Configuration is not identifying correct duplicates

We have a requirement to identify duplicates Real Time based on Name and Email Address when we enter a new contact in Sales cloud. We have set the ideal threshold 96 to identify name/email and have tested the results from 'Preview Configuration Results', which are working fine. But when we try this Real time, we are seeing duplicate contacts popup only based on name which is not the scenario we are expecting. We are expecting matching contacts to show based on name and e-mail.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Do not show duplicate when the candidate record does not have an email address.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Contact.
2. Real-time Dedup runs.
3. Gives incorrect match.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are seeing non-duplicate records as duplicate.
