Notes entered during the Duplicate Identification and the Duplicate resolution batches in CDM (Customer Data Management) is not getting populated after merges. Due to this, if the Data steward enters any notes and want to see them later after the accounts merge, the notes is not visible.
The Product Enhancement request, ER 26579084 : NOTES IN DUPLICATE RESOLUTION SCREEN , has been accepted, and a solution will be available in a future Update Bundle. We are currently unable to provide you an estimated time of implementation while the solution is being developed. We appreciate all customer feedback and will work hard to implement as much as we can into our product.
