On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, CX Integration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Customer cant export parts from CPQ to OSC, The error that is seen in the log is coming from the OSC Item creation web service and not a CPQ error.

JBO-25072 Applying List binding for LOV Primary UOM Valu


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Export should be completed with no errors

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CPQ
2. Run the items export by calling OSC web service
3. Export fails with error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot export product items from CPQ
