On : version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to create an account,
the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Accounts.
2. Click the "Create an Account" button
3. Fill out the form.
4. Click either "Save and Continue" or "Save and Close"
5. Error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new accounts
