Symptoms
Upon trying to load receipts using Lockbox FBDI, the following error is encountered within Lockbox Execution Report:
Sum of the applied amounts is greater than the receipt remittance amount

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download and compile the FBDI
2. Load the zip file in the interface table
3. Run the ESS Process of Process Receipts Through Lockbox
