BICS: Performance Tile is Incorrect

Performance Tile is behaving incorrect in BICS Analysis
Here is the Example defining the behavior
1. Take the Product, Revenue, Revenue, Revenue columns.
2. Click on Edit Formula (First revenue column )>> Click on Filter >> Double click on R1 Order Status>> Select the value >> "Cancelled".
3. Click on Edit Formula (second revenue column )>> Click on Filter >> Double click on R1 Order Status>> Select the value >> "Billed".
4. Click on Edit Formula (Third revenue column )>> Click on Column >> Calculate the ratio for the above two columns as below.
FILTER("Base Facts"."1- Revenue" USING ("Orders"."R1 Order Status" ='6-Cancelled'))/FILTER("Base Facts"."1- Revenue" USING ("Orders"."R1 OrderStatus" = '4-Billed'))
5. Click on column properties(Ratio column) >> Go to Data Format >> Treat Number as percentage >> Enable Scale for % (x 100) and select the decimal places >>2
6. Edit table >>Select the Measure >> "After" So that you can see total value.
7. Click on results >> select the view >> Percentage Tiles >> Results.
8. It shows 0.00% instead of 29.40
