Performance: Setup and Maintenance Page is non responsive(frozen/can not search any tasks) (Doc ID 2304050.1)

On : version, Performance

- Issue is that when User goes to setup and maintenance the first time the page will not load, it will remain blank
- If We refresh the page the page will load , but no buttons or links from the page will work(we click any button or link and there is no response)
- Also if we type some task to search on the Task search box and try to click search or press enter, no response will happen.
- Page is frozen

Setup and maintenance page should load and , search task should work and also other buttons form there

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log into the environment
2.Go to Setup and maintenance
3.Notice page does not load, remains blank.
4.Refresh the web page, notice the page loads this time
5. Also notice no buttons or links form the page work, and also search task box is not working

Customer at this time can not use Setup and Maintenance.
