On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Other Issues

When attempting to invoke the Import Bulk Data web service.

the following error occurs.

"An application error occurred. Your help desk was notified." when tried to invoke the ImportBulkData web service.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke Web service

Due to this issue, users cannot able to import bulk data through web service.
