When a user attempts to log into the Cloud Administration portal, the following error occurs:

Unable to load data
KEY NOT FOUND: dialogs.unknownError

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. https://customer-cloud-url
  2. Provide login credentials.
  3. On Dashboard page, choose Cloud Administration portal.
